OK, so, I Really want to Hotswap, but due to Money being tight, i really cant afford to break my 3 Year Warranty on my Xbox. So i thought i'd invest my recently aquired Christmas Cash to buy a second hand xbox near the end of its life.

Now obviously it needs to be working, and i dont have the Materials to fix a RRoD Console.

So is it possible for me to do this? Or is it pointless me trying?

no, you could probably buy a broken one for 30~.

Damn, how hard is it to fix a RRoD console then? if you have very vague ideas on what could be wrong?

The cheapest core console I could find was ~80 GBP.

Search the eBay website's forums for anyone else looking for a cheap 360 also.
