Replacing mosfets isn't risky at all...and if the CPU is dead...it is dead so reballing it, praying to your choice god, or anything else isn't gonna bring a dead CPU back...once a CPU is dead it is dead period

so how do i find out whats broke but there is something rateling in one of the memory unit spots idn what it is

with what can i clean the chips actually?

You can look around and see if any different methods solve your issue, but if it stays at the error code, then you need to send it to someone who can professionally repair it

ok some guy that lives near me about 15 feet steps

makes xboxes for 50 and if he cant fix it you dont have to pay

This particular case seems more like solder ball issue under CPU..

I'd get the GPU and CPU Reflowed or Reballed...

If it was a dead CPU, it wouldn't change errors like that..

If it was a MOSFET, it would stick at 0002..

Seeing how it's going from 0002-0020, tells me it's a solder issue somewhere..

If the guy local doesn't offer proper BGA Rework or Reballs, I'd keep on looking..

If the CPU is fried, say heat gunned to much, etc, you would see more visible damage such as pop corning,etc..

Proper Reflow or Reball should solve it if all smd caps, etc look to be all in place..
