I don't know anyone that has been so far and I haven't been banned for anything that I've done on any of my profiles, including this glitch. But they definitely can which is why I never use my main profile for anything like this.
They can ban you/reset you for glitching (which is what this is), modding, boosting and other such things.
So do so at your own risk.

okay ppl think about it you cant get banned for this half the ppl that have been banned were because they modded/hacked prestige and sh*t use your brains kids eat some cereal or something
