Is it possible to make a mod menu patch? All i've been seeing is GPD mod menus. How come nobody is making a mod menu patch for jtags?

Because more people can use / make gpd mod menus . There easier to make and jtag mod menus are hard to make . On BO they are not mw2

I have seen one but they were CFG files. I need a actual patch not the CFG. If you know were to find one let me know please.

Check the sticky post, Try dubs and l96 snipe's post. If you can't find anything there, check the jtag sectionn

Its a CFG file and I don't have gold to get the xex for it.
