Ulead/Easycap Problem

Hey, so to begin with, I'm not sure if this is the right section, but if not, please move it.
Ok so I just got an Easycap capture card, which came with the Ulead VideoStudio software. So I plugged my xbox cords into the easycap, and plugged the easycap into my computer, opened Ulead, and it says that there is no device found. So if anyone can help me with this, please let me know what to do, I really wanna get recording.
