There are currenty NO 15th Prestige Lobbies...
NO ONE can host lobbies or System Links.
THEY ARE SCAMMING YOU
If you want a 15th prestige lobby like everybody else on the forum, you might just have to wait unil further notice.
The Post's that randoms are posting are UN-VERIFIED,meaning they are nobody scammers who want your money
Please do not post "CAN YOU INVITE......" or try joining there game or adding them.
I have now been seeing some really clueless posts like "Spam me with messages" or "Keep adding me". Another HUGE thing that people are tricked by is SUBSCRIBING. They are 100% fake. Please stop posting about the lobbies until Moderators Say so.

Odd, someone I know has been doing it via Account Recovery for quite sometime now. Hasn't been caught.

People claiming they can host Online lobbies is humorous though.

Not all true you can do systemlinks, i have a jtag so i know but i dont host BO Lobbies

I feel you though, people just make too many scam lobbies to even bother to consider someone out of that bunch is actually legit. Pretty hard for us legit people.
