You need to have Fifa 10 or Fifa 09. You can't be banned for doing this. This is for FIFA 11.
Step 1. Make a new Xbox Live Account.
Step 2. Download UT for Fifa 09 or 10, it doesn't have to be the paid version it can be the trial for your second account. (Sometimes you do not need to download it if you already have UT.)
Step 3. Make a team on Fifa 09 or Fifa 10 UT.
Step 4. Download UT for Fifa 11.
Step 5. Make a team on your new account on Fifa 11 and you should get 2 free gold packs.
Step 6. Discard the worthless items and trade the good ones to your main team.
Notes: you only have to have UT downloaded once, you DO NOT have to download it each time. You do not need Xbox Live Gold or a Fifa 11 online pass to do this. You can also do this an unlimited number of times, and sometimes you can get really good players in the packs I got Lucio 85 and the IF 86 Hamsik after 10-12 packs.
If you don't understand fully what you have to do send me a friend request on live and I will guide you through it. My GT is at the bottom of the post.

Hey, im getting Fifa on the 30th, and dont have 9 or 10. Could you give me a couple of players that are good, but not worth much that you wouldnt use??? If not, I dont mind
