i downloaded a gta sa cracked and that pop up when i was trying to start it up can anyone help me this problem

The crack that you downloaded is missing a .dll file. It is basically something that loads the file, try searching around google to see if you can find the individual .DLL file (just search the exact name) and download it and put it in the place where your crack is.

Google to find that .dll file. If you are trying to get GTA:SA to play online on SA-MP let me know. I got a nice server that I play on daily. Admins are very welcoming and looking for new players/donators. I can give you the link I have been giving all my clan mates if you would like it.

Here is the file I got from my working copy of the game

Download that and put it in the following /dir/
C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas

C:\ is whichever drive you installed the game on.
