Please help, i burned the GTA: episodes from liberty city iso with some mods and i'm trying just to hotswap and when i do its all good. Then i go and start it up and it makes this weird clicking sound and then it says the disc is unreadable. Also it started with my cod waw hotswap . it was all good until i went online multiplayer(not zombies)after i went and it started the game it would say disc unreadable, then it would take me a while to get it working. then finally it stopped altogether. can someone please help, thanks

did you open up your xbox or do that ben-q drive method?
