No you can't.
You cannot de-prestige via System link.
Only host can be de-prestige'd.
& Jtags currently can't go online & The only way to rank is System Online with your Retail connected by, Hosting from your banned JTAG (Through your home internet source).

no actually, you need to system link while online, KV in use, to do 11th and deprestiging, just how it works
