Do as many press-ups as possible.
Then do 20 sit ups.
Then do the planks for 20 secs each side.

Do this until you're knackered or until you've spent 30 mins doing it.

Do another 10 mins then stop. Carry on, and you'll feel like crap throughout crimbo.



Otherwise, lie down, make sure it's quiet- avoid computer/ tv screens. If you're on pc, then you're likely to take an extra 5-30mins to fall asleep. Leave an hour gap between using the computer/ xbox before going to sleep- or else you're sleep will be almost 'wasted'. Normally refered to as 'junk sleep', using electronics, or being subjected to bright lights before sleeping will result in the brain not going through the '5 stages of sleep' properly.

Keep yo eyes closed. Lie where comfortable. Think about something else, like a dream or aspiration.

you guys seem like you are 8 getting really excited no offense but i remember when i was 13 haha just go in the cold for five minutes you get cold then you want to be covered in a blanket and you fall asleep. At least that's what i did when i was younger

It's only Christmas.... It shouldn't be any harder to go to sleep..... But if you need an idea, I usually just stay up till like 2 then go to bed. As long as you're tired you should be able to go to bed. Just don't think about tomorrow and you should be fine

by shutting your eyes and putting down the xbox controller, that usually helps
