I get this alot now, i don't know why! it does my head in, i try and look at peoples topics and this comes up? any help?

I just restart my computer and it doesnt happen but like another 6 hours.

i Delete browsing history then restart my computer.

how do you delete cookies and cache on a mac, with firefox?
