Does this really work?

has anyone tried using one of those modded game types people used for the combat training glitch. the one where you get 50k xp per kill? like instead of changing the settings, just load up the game. then delete it, or save it if you got it from someone elses fileshare. then do everything else. would it work. ill try it our if i get a chance but wouldnt it work?
