whats the best hdpvr or non hd recorder ?

i know they is dazzle and hauppauge but what model and were do i get them from for the cheapest priceee ?

like they is hauppauge hdpr model 1228 and the 1220 ? help

at best buy their is a dazzle for 50$ i believe and a hd one for 80$
