do i have to be ranked 23 in Ranked Match or just regular Player Match?

Player and Ranked matches carry the same rank. Your Rank is your overall rank. You could have ur 23 in either because when you get ur 23 you get it in both. its NOT like halo with highest skill in a playlist.
