IW because:

1. Better Graphics
2. Are not as strict on modding
3. Dont ban people for modding OFFLINE! hahaha FAIL
4. Dont get de-ranked for getting over 50K XP a game
5. Allow boosting
6. Allow Quick Scoping
7. Much much better Maps
8. I personally think better guns e.g MW2 famas is way better!
9. They didnt update the game all the f**king time
10. They didnt have a team to find modders (3arc)

I could go on forever.......

Treyarch you fail, only good thing you have done is ZOMBIES!
