I have been scammed THREE times, loosing about $50. Please add/ msg my GT

I REALLY want this and its just not fair that I had to lose $50 to damn scammers... Please msg me on here, or XBL.

Well, how do I know if someone is LEGIT? I'm willing to pay ONLY IF I AM %150 SURE THEY WON'T RUN OFF WITH MY MONEY LIKE THE OTHER 3 PEOPLE WHO DID. I can pay thru PayPal, but I want a TRUSTED 10th prestige-er (?)
