Well today I tried to sign into my live account as usual, but when I signed in it said-
"Your account has been suspended due to a problem with your payment option. Please use a different payment option or update your current information in Account Management.

Its seems weird because I have my credit card set up so it automatically renews itself every year, so why would it say this? Any help would be greatly appreciated and I will reward you in some way or another.

Please help

Just re-enter your details in account information. I never use a credit card on Xbox.

same thing happened to me but I know what was wrong

Well what happened was you had it set to Automatic renewal and the card messed up and did not pay for the most recent renewal so all you have to do is pay for the most recent renewal and your acc will be unsuspended.
