Phase 3 ends in about 7 days so 12/13/10 it will be given results by the manufacturers to see if the patch passed or not. If it does pass the tests it will be released 2-3 days after so everyone should be getting the TU3 approximately on 12/16/10.

According to JD TU4 goes into Phase 3 on the 6th and on callofduty.com he updated his topic about the updates yesterday with the new updates implying that update was released yesterday.
