Download their recent games and pinpoint where they were boosting and for how long, send it off to Treyarch and watch their stats get reset. They'll never know who reported them either, as i'm sure Treyarch will keep it confidential.

Treyarch are automatically banning and resetting stats for boosting, so your friends must be VERY inconspicuous if they are avoiding the new found Banhammer. Send an email to Treyarch in regards to their boosting antics and attach a clip of them boosting.

to do so, go to { Friends GamerTag Here } -> Playercard -> Recent Games

then find a game that you believe they were boosting in, look at the statistics to the right and go for games that your friend(s) have high K/D ratios in, or little to no deaths whatsoever, this is probably your best shot at indicating boosting.

Once you've found the game, Press A and download it to theater. Overview it in theater and if it is a game in which your friends were boosting, record a partial clip of them doing so. Send it off to Treyarch in an email or try posting on the website or something ( i don't know much about reporting people to Treyarch so do what you think is best )

i'm not sure but you should be able to get the clip off of your HDD using an external Memory unit such as a USB flash drive. the clip should be saved to your harddrive under Games -> Call of Duty: Black ops -> Your Clip name here ( not sure though, you'd want to check it out ).

If you don't want to go through this massive amount of effort, just let Treyarch deal with it themselves, they'll do so in their own due time as nobody i know of is immune to the Banhammer.

I hope this solved the majority of your problems.

TL:DR - Obtain proof of your friends boosting, send it off to Treyarch with a statement saying that you are reporting them, and enclose their GamerTags. Or let Treyarch deal with it themselves.
