Can someone help me please?

I got spyware from TTG's pop-ups a while ago, called "Microsoft Security Essentials".
I tried removing it using Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, and it removed some stuff but not completely.
That is also around the time my computer randomly stops working.
What I mean by not working is I'm on TTG, and it says Loading... and at the bottom it says stopped. At times, there is a blank page with a bunch of 0000000000000000000.
As much as I love TTG, I can't use it because it is giving me problems.
It seems like TTG is the site that it keeps on freezing on. (im not sure because its what I mainly do on this computer)
