alright so everybody on my friends list has taken a new avatar picture since the new dash has come out but on my friends list it still shows their old gamerpicture almost like they never even took a new one (not all of em theres like 3 that shows their new ones) but i can see their new gamerpics when im in a party with them but whenever i view their gamercard it shows their old gamerpic... does anybody know why?

btw: its been like this for a couple weeks and i do have mods on my hdd incase that might link to the problem
