Yesterday I saw this Lvl 17 with a green clan tag and he wasn't prestige.

All i know is that you have to prestige 13 times to get the coloured clan tag? Haxorz 8)

It doesn't say prestige 13, It says "Unlocked at Prestige Level 13"

its at 13 prestige because im a first prestige and you dont unlock it yet
