yea but what I am saying is that they have my name and my credit card on file so if they didn't see the scratch right at that moment they would've found it eventually I am just going in there tomorrow to see whats up I will update my original post and tell everyone what happened.

sucks, just go back to the store and rent the disk, then swap them and return the bad disk.

i think they could replace the disk i know treyarch had something on the site it was only for like $10

If a game that you play a lot is showing wear and tear, download it to your hardrive. My CoD5 was almost in two pieces but i could still play it as long as it could recognize that its CoD5. The whole inner circle that is clear was destroyed, it shattered like glass but it was still playable with all content and no missing parts.

It is already installed to my HDD but every time I put in MW2 it says "reading, then open tray". They completely screwed up the sensor on it I don't think it is repairable I will be going in to see what they are planning on doing about this in a little bit.
