I saw there was kino der totem and 2 blacked out selection below it. How do I unlock those?

You unlock the pentagon after completing the campaign. I don't know about the third

yes kino der toten 'five' and dead ops arcade which is a 3rd person view over the top

For the 3rd map, while at the main menu, look down using the right analog stick and rapidly press the left and right triggers. You then break free from the chair and get an achievement.

Then walk around the room until you find a computer and access it by pressing X. Once you're at the computer screen, type in "DOA" and you unlock the 3rd map.
