Try not to focus so much on the concept of time. your awareness of the past and future is inhibiting you from expressing your emotional spectrum to its full potential, ground yourself with the moment when you find yourself dwelling to much on the past or future (time)

Depression is like clouds they come in all shapes and sizes rainy and not but at the end of the day clouds are always moving and never stay in one position and lastly above the clouds there is always a blue sky

do things you like... take it slow dont force yourself into doing things you dont enjoy because it makes you worst


depression is one of the worst things to go through but it is beatable

you may think when people say "oh it gets better" you probably sit there and say oh my lord just stfu but its true it does get better over time.
