For backward compatible games such as MW2 and WaW, is it possible to self infect via system link?

It works fine for RGH to retail XBox 360, but when I attempt it on XB1, it simply times out.

Does anyone know if it is even possible?

Yes, if you have backwards compat games yes it should be
as for xb1 games to 360 not backwards compat no

Whenever I try to join modded game RGH game from my XB1, it gives an "Awaiting Connection" countdown, then an "Error Unable to connect to the host"

However, this works fine when I try to connect my retail Xbox 360 to my RGH.

Any solutions?

not a clue then it worked for me on WaW with my XB1

Could you screenshot what your network/behavior settings are in Dash Launch? Maybe your plugins too?

If i can replicate your settings, It might work
