is it possible for someone to unlock all my acheivments for mw2

you can actually do this yourself via a usb in all honesty. unless it's been somehow patched.

there are downloadable tools such as Modio which i believe can do this. expect any youtube videos on this to be at least 10 years old, were going back a long way

I remember modio but I am on the xbox one and modio doesn't support xbox one does it

i wouldn't expect the account to be different whether it was 360 or one. as long as you can copy it to a usb, it should work. if not, dust off the old 360 and do it on there. the achievement unlock would still apply on xbox one
