So, all these first person shooters are showing off their versions of fortnite. What do you think? Has Fortnite finally met it's match?

Fortnite seems to appeal to the Battle Royale genre, but it also has building and destruction. I do not think any other shooter will quite replicate that experience. It also runs on many computers with cartoon style graphics, unlike new shooters which will stress the average PC.

In addition to that, battle field in particular is set in world war times, offering a different experience from modern day weapons and combat. That will not appeal to everyone and is too "niche" to dethrone Fortnite, in my humble opinion.

Don't think any triple a games releasing battle royales will be super similar to fortnite, it's done a good job staying unique.
They will take out pubg tho

I disagree, Fortnite has been releasing updates that have been completely destroying the optimization of the game. I can barely run the game now.

Season 2 I would run the game max 120 on a 1GB vram card. YES 1GB VRAM, now season 5 I recently upgraded to a 1060 OC edition with 6GB VRAM and still have trouble maintaining an average FPS above 100 on Fortnite with Far distance and everything else on low settings with 1600x1080 stretched.

i beg to differ everything i have seen in recent triple a shooters are nothing but playdough graphics which are badly optimized, but as for the rest of your post i will agree to a certain point
