Hello ive been looking on the web for a mod menu for Mw3
that you can select rank/unlock all and give to users?

The only menu I have seen is matrix which is paid. I personally just purchased Chaotic360.

Smokey xKoVx has a MW3 Menu which is free, that's the best you'll get if you don't wanna pay anythin

Try xkovx menu it has all client rank but u have to give the person the menu so they can do it themselves
