Just for the record guys, I am 7th Prestige level 80, no coloured classed, Title and Emblem is the 7th Pres Emblem and the Poland Flag, and all I done was an unlock all. I probably should have said before hand lol. Thanks for the responses guys, if anyone has anymore to add then I would appreciate it.

Lol only just realised the quote button - nice to see someone in the same boat as me, except this is my 3rd suspension, but first 2 week, having had a 1 day and a 1 week, so I should be alright to play? I hadn't planned to join another lobby anyways since I've gotten what I wanted now, but obviously still kinda in that shock state. I'm surprised it took this long to suspend me as I haven't played MW3 for about 4 days now lol.
Yeah you should be good to go when it's unbanned. I had a friend check my account & it's still modded & such but i just have to wait it out. This is in total my 4th suspension, 3 two weeks & 1 one day comm ban lol
best bet ima get my second modded tho cuz oh well lol

It's really pot luck with MW3. You can get banned for literally the smallest thing.

I guess that's good to know, at least you understand my apprehension to play again lol, I've noticed that the Xbox 360 games really take the piss. I had my old gamertag for 2 months with no issue, played WaW once and instantly got FussyPuuckers reset back to some standard name, smh.

You mean that you could see the reason that you were banned and why you were banned? all mine says is cheating and 14 days, nothing else

Would help those who aren't trying to get banned if hosters posts they're GT as they can make as much XBL Accounts as possible.

Can I just ask did you have Theater Recording enabled when you joined the lobbies?
