I have 3 800$ builds please take a look at them and tell me which one is best and if you have any recommendations for any of them. Thanks.
My budget is 800-820 USD
Looking for gaming, no OC.
I have some 120 GB SSD so don't need one
No peripherals or monitor either

None of them. Also, you're aware they're all $850, right?
What 120GB SSD do you have?
What monitor(s) are you using with this system?
What sort of games will you be playing?

Grab that RX 580 like right now while it's only $240. Otherwise, your next best bet is a Strix RX 570 for $250. These cards were like $600+ a month and a half ago lmfao, so buy the GPU now. i5-8400 is your best option since you're not overclocking and mainly plan on gaming. I'd like to have included another SSD because 120GB is pretty minimal, but I went with 16GB RAM instead. I'd add another SSD asap though, a 240-256GB SSD would be nice and not too expensive. Otherwise, get 1x8GB RAM now instead of 16GB, get another 240-256GB SSD just now and you can add the other 8GB RAM later.
All 3 systems you were looking at were roughly $850, whereas this is $810 so if you're willing to spend that extra $40, you could invest in a nicer/better case and/or PSU.

With rebates maybe, not with discounts. You'd still have to pay $850, then fill out some forms to mail away to hopefully receive a cheque at some point to get some money back, which would take the "total cost" below $820, but you still have to pay $850 up front.
