Modding Toold

I was thinking about coding a modding tool for Bo2 but first i just wanna ask a few things.

Would it be worth coding a modding tool and what should i add in the modding tool?

To be honest , I don't think it worth coding a modding tool for black ops 2. There is already enough tools at there.

If you're going to make a tool to try and sell it, it probably won't be worth it. If you're going to make a tool and just release it for free for the public to use it, then I would say just go for it.

Thats what i was going to do just release it publicly, There is no point to selling some thing so worthless no one will buy it.

I coded one before but i didnt save it properly and never really thought about retrying its not too hard.
