Hey guys, how is everyone?
So I'm wondering if my computer could have some Malware on it.
I recently restored my computer (About 2 weeks ago)
I downloaded Bitdefender after I restored it.
When I run a full scan on my PC
It tells me it cant scan 3 files because they are Password Protected.
I don't usually use a virus/malware protector because I never had too.
Anyways should I be concerned with these 3 Password Protected Files?
I did not create any password on those files so idk what to think?

I already went in and deleted #1, and then I thought I might want to ask some people before deleting the others.

The file extensions are used by Javascripts I believe. Bitdefender is pretty good at defending your machine, pardon the pun.
If in doubt, quarantine the files if you're that worried however it may have an impact on programs like Alienware giving the example you gave us.
Alternatively, running malwarebytes would be the best bet by far. An awesome program, would trust it with anything brah
I wouldn't stress over it tho

Malwarebytes found a virus on my computer that Bitdefender didn't last time I got a virus. Is Malwarebytes an all in 1 program now? Or do i need an Antivirus on top of it still?

From my expierence, I've never had an AV application fight with Malwarebytes.
As Adam said, there is a vast difference between a 'virus' and 'malware'. Modern AV programs come with a built in malware scanner such as Botnet scanning etc.
I assume you have Bitdefender 2018 and I know 2017 which I had wasn't the best at finding malware. I've 'upgraded' to ESET Endpoint Secuirty and has it all built in.
Alternatively, Windows Defender is pretty solid nowadays, so do some more research bud.
