If you check out the mpgh website, their fortnite section has quite a few hacks in it that still work. When they become useless they will tag them saying so.

KyloCrux wrote Fortnite producers are taking modding seriously and would probably press charges on anyone showing off a real one. I don't see the point in doing it or getting in trouble using one.

Maybe I'll leave it, didn't know they were so hot on it

And to anyone who comes across 'SwiftHacks' or any other free aimbots DO NOT download them. I did earlier and found out they were rats

After downloading them I have 54 threats identified by Malwarebytes lol
lol there is no grounds to go to court over. Modding of a game is legal just against the tos so they can ban you but nothing outside of the scope of that.

There is one legit one and the guy is actually making people pay to use the injector, surely they should be taken to court lol? Not only modding there game but making people pay to use their tool

Once they catch on that people are paying for it, I'm sure they'll go after him big time..

They aren't successful in any of these court cases.

To clear it all up yes they can take legal action against said person if they find out he is making money of a cheat he made within their game. Ive seen it a lot with honorbuddy and blizzard. They had the biggest lawsuit I remember from scriptng and boting. It can happen and will happen thats why everyone always says thats its at your own risk.

I use an aimbot in PUBG all the time and keep getting banned a lot but i know the risk and cant blame the dev of the hack at all.

Also take into consideration the old mod menu of GTA 5 the darkside cant remember exactly but they got really big and got sued... they had to donate all the money they selling the menu. It all comes down to your own risk and wether or noth the dev or devs of said hack get caught.

Happy gaming to all!!!

For the end user no, you will not be brought to court. Like i said modding is not illegal. What would be illegal would be selling an ad-on to a game whether it be a custom made map or a mod menu, and a gain that all depends on the tos you acquire with the game often you agree to a clause similar to something along the lines of anything you produce like a map or game linked content is property of the company. So, again to just to reiterate the only person who can potentially get in trouble is the person selling at the companies expense.

what if someone just makes a new account and puts fake info in? I dont see how they could get someone to court with fake info.
