Needs work on it for ure, you can make it better. More colours for an example. Change the font for the titles make it more interesting. A little design around the boxes like a nice boarder around the box etc... As it's CoD related why not add some WW2 images for the background to spice things up?

This is my opinion.

Background is too much black and the cropping around the top words in the white box are too close to the edge.

really dull. So much black in the image and its even worse that the font is black too. You need to have more illumination, color, and neatness in the picture to catch the buyers eye. This just looks way to simple but, if you like simple its good....
