i tried that game save i think and mine didn't work it said something about a invalid profile and to return to the home screen

It's odd because people claim to be getting higher and low amounts of cash. I could tweak the cash if you want on that save and publish a list with lower and to more extreme amounts.

Thank you Sean! Ya I think that like 80 - $100M would be good because on that save it says a total of $117M was earned so I think that would be good enough. If you can do that, it would be greatly appreciated! Also some of the cars have had a white display over it not showing the car, aswell as some of the dlc cars too. Thanks for the help again!

Mine worked perfectly fine, all I did was just drag it over into my forza 3 gamesave and it override my previous one, turned on my xbox and had everything!
