Tried this way earlier in the year, need opinions on if these are good PC's as I don't know of any new hardware that may run better for cheaper..

This is what i had for around an 800$ PC- [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

And this is what I had for like a 1250/1300$ PC- [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

I am looking to play some FPS such as CSGO, PUBG, Fortnite and be able to play just about any game on the market smoothly without issues such as low FPS.. Speed is also important the quicker I can load the games the quicker I can have fun, so SSD is a must for some games like PUBG.. If you need any more info feel free to ask..

Budget/Currency - around 1000 USD

(If you think both of these builds are garbage I will appreciate if you could just make me a fresh build with all new parts, will also need windows 10 OS)

What monitor(s) will you be using?
Do you want to overclock?

right now i have 3 ASUS VS228H-P 21.5 60hz monitors with no need to upgrade those right now unless i bought 1 144hz monitor. and overclocking no because im not sure how to do that, plus wouldnt it kill the hardware faster?

In the last few days, GPU pricing appears to have increased fairly drastically, and/or stock has just disappeared. There appears to be no AMD cards at a reasonable price right now anywhere(again!). Only seems to be an issue in the US currently, so hopefully it's just no stock left due to the holiday season. You could manage to get a GTX 1070 in the system for around $1000, if they come back in stock close to $400.

If you go with the GTX 1070 and want to get the system as close to $1k as possible, you can drop the Cryorig M9i for now and use the stock cooler. If you wait for B360 motherboards to launch, you'll be able to save $30-40 there easily, might not be until March though. Didn't include an HDD, because you'll have to go without if you go with the GTX 1070. You can add a 1TB HDD for $45 though, or a 2TB for $60-65.

To answer your question, no, overclocking doesn't just kill components faster. Modern GPUs overclock themselves within safe temperatures. CPUs also technically OC themself, with Turbo boost/XFR. Overclocking can do damage, or users can do damage if they overclock improperly. That said, you don't have to overclock if you dont want to, so I included a locked CPU in the suggestion above.
