hey Im new into like PCs and stuff and I wanna get a laptop and I wanna get the best laptop I can for 400$... so can someone give me advice or help me out all I want is just the best laptop specs I can for 400$ I'm not gonna like play cs go or anything like that I just want a laptop I can do everything like edit stream and post YouTube videos.
