So obviously you get the 4x hours of Double XP for pre-ordering and then can earn up to a bonus 10x hours of Double XP with several different promotions which I've done.

Does anyone happen to know if this would just end up being 14x hours of Double XP as I've heard some people say the initial 4 hours stacks with the promotion hours which ends up being Quadruple XP for 4 hours and Double for the remaining 6.

yes double xp should stack. Check headquarters when you load up the game.
