Better off ordering this all tonight, or within the next few days if you want to get a decent performer. The GT 1030, is more than enough for most esports like titles, Dota, CS, and OW. Just don't expect a whole lot out of $400. lol. You could cheap out on the power supply, and go with a Rosewill one for ~$6 off.

Would be nice to know what monitor you are using.

Definitely BUY AN SSD when you have a little extra, you can often pick up a 120GB model, for around ~$50-60

GT 1030 is gash. RX 560 or GTX 1050 is the minimum I'd recommend for a gaming system.

You're going to be much better off buying used parts though. You can easily find an old office system(Dell Optiplex or similar) with a Sandy Bridge or Ivy Bridge i5 for $150. Try find one with 8GB RAM and a 500GB+ HDD. You'll likely have to replace case and PSU to add a GPU, but you can just buy the cheap case and PSU I recommended above, so for $200-210 you've got a decent little i5 system, use $150 of your budget to either add a GTX 1050Ti, or used GTX 970 and you should still have a bit of money spare to add an SSD.
