Just wondering whats the best pc specs for that price range. Want it to run pubg, and cod doesnt have to be max graphics

Depends on several things. You've given us nowhere near enough information.

Do you need a monitor? If not, what monitor(s) will you be using with this system?
Do you need a keyboard, mouse, headset, etc?
Will you overclock?
Other than gaming, what will you use the system for, if anything?
Any preferred colour scheme?
