He specifically said he has no type of verification so if he gets lets say $100+ and is limited he's basically f*cked
I'd recommend bitcoin, Ethereum, or other digital forms of currency.
Alternatively you can accept AGC(Amazon), PSN or other forms of gift cards.
I would highly advise not using PayPal because assuming that your buyer has verified PayPal and/or you'll be charging more than $100 you have a high chance of getting limited or getting charged back with no chance of winning.
