I cant connect to any tools or xbox neighborhood

my pugins are

xbdm.xex
teapot.xex
jrpc2.xex
rpc.xex
(none)

Any tips would be greatly appreciated just got my console from streemah today

3rd plugin should be empty. Its only used for offhost menus and whatnot

Someone completely misinformed you because that's not true at all.

OP are both your computer and console connected to the same network?

My 3rd plugin is JRPC2 and I've never had an issue, also my friend hasn't been able to connecting anything lately and he's not sure why. Any input under this topic would be great

After you saved the settings did you exit back to the dashboard and reboot the console?
