Lemme lay out some information before I give the context of the situation

Alright, so basically, whenever I stress my GPU during gaming (usage to 100% or whatever), my computer seems 'shut off' (loss of signal, fans are still on and stuff though). Screen goes black, both my monitors give no signal, and maybe the sound will go for another 10 seconds before the LEDs on my keyboard and mouse die out. It's NOT my PSU. My power supply can withstand AIDA64 extreme testing everything to 100%. It just seems that whenever my GPU is stressed with something like UNIGINE Valley or something that actually involves 3D rendering, it crashes.

I know what you're thinking, my GPU is bad, right? Well, yes? no? You see, the thing is, I reset windows and this started happening. Then I reset windows back to OEM! And it's still happening. It just doesn't make any sense.

Now for the real kicker. Sometimes, it works! It seems, after countless crashes and reboots, I can get lucky and it wont crash ever again unless I have to restart my computer. If I restart it, we're back to square one. So far, I have gone a long time without restarting to avoid crashing, but I have to restart it every so often.

Oh, and 1 other thing. I have tried setting fan speed to 100% on gpu to prevent overheating. I have also tried closing certain programs (in different scenarios, to try to troubleshoot this). Whenever I overclock or underclock my GPU (by any amount on the engine clock or memory), it AMD's Overdrive, my screen goes nuts, only on my monitor hooked up via mini DP, not the one hooked up via DVI. (DP one is 144hz, even when set down to 60 hertz, it still does the weird bizzare flickering).

Please, I need help getting this to work. I use this machine for a LOT of gaming each day.
