Does anyone know the exact time the beta will start on Friday?

Or what time did the beta start for PS4 users? Was it at midnight?

It actually started for me a Whole day early for the PS4 Beta. Also there is no exact time that the beta will release to anyone.
It could be at midnight or it could be at 12 in the afternoon.

That is actually incorrect. Although the beta for PS4 was released 24 hours earlier, there is a set time for when the beta begins. All the information for that can be found [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
