so when i go and download the profile it says the gt and loads about 1/4 of the bar then its says a error code but when i make a account fresh on the xbox website it downloads fine please help

Simple fix. Go to the Xbox site first and sign in to the account, then try and recover the account on your Xbox.

pretty much this. It needs to verify your location on the account, when you sign in on the xbox website it'll require a security code which you can get through the customer by security email or last 4 digits of phone number (whatever they have on the account) and after you get into the account on there it'll let you download on your RGH
