No it is not possible, there's no mod currently created for Xbox One, other than the Vantage Tool that'll allow you to mod single Player games ( only certain games due to a patch )

( BUT NO ONLINE MODS HAVE BEEN MADE )

There's no exploit on xbox one that currently allows you to Modify the XBOX ONE Games, only backwards comp ones ( due to them linking to 360, which was exploited a long time ago, for example World At War, Black Ops 2, Call Of Duty Ghosts. These call of duties ( if you play the backwards comp version ) you can mod.

How much will someone do advanced warfare, ghosts, bo3 for me for?
