I'm assuming you're looking for menus on Ghosts since that menu is for that game. As far as I know there that is one of the best menus out for that game. I know it's not a good menu, but that's the best thing out there for the game. There are a couple private menus, but as for menus released to the public, there isn't anything much better than the menu you mentioned.

Ghosts is not included in the Destruction menu.

OP I do know of a couple private menus out there, however, I don't think any of them are currently being sold which is why they're still private menus.
