I have 2 discs for gta 5 xbox 360, does anybody know what disc I Install first there is a play disc and a install disc?... atm I transfer games onto my RGH by going onto xex menu and creating folder as gta 5 then put disc in and copy dvd ect?

Doesn't matter which one you install first. However, make sure you put disk 1 in the content folder.
Check out the video below, it should help you out. He does have the individual files on his PC, but since you have the disks, just skip to the part where he is on his console and tells you where to install the disks. He switches over to his console at 3:40 if you want to skip ahead.

Install Disc 2 on FSD and then Disc 1. Remember to tick the update box when installing both.

i would install through xex menu, all the files will transfer properly then without any problems
